Types of Appraisal

Reports are prepared following USPAP guidelines and include detailed research, analysis and photographic documentation.

Fair Market Value Report

The cash value of an item based on current secondary market conditions. Used for estate purposes and the equitable distribution of property among beneficiaries.

Insurance Replacement Value Report

The cost to replace an item with one of comparable materials, vintage and quality, for scheduling on an insurance policy.

Expert Witness Testimony

Research, reports and consultation in support of court proceedings.

Fees

Appraisal fees are charged at an hourly rate plus applicable taxes. The scope of work, and therefore the fee, is determined after an in-residence consultation. Contact us to arrange one.
